I gave been coming to this shop on and off for past 15 years. Eddie is the owner and he is very good mechanic. He works on all types of diesel trucks. They do honest work and solve problems right away. Whenever I come here with a problem they fix it. I definitely recommend Eddie's shop to anyone especially to owner operators. It is very easy to find the place. If you have trailer it's no problem. You can park it here in the yard while they work on truck.

Yard is big enough to maneuver around to pull into or back into the bay. everyone was friendly and once they got me in and started working had everything knocked out decently quick. I typically dread coming back to Illinois for repairs but I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here especially since it’s about 10 minutes from the yard where my company parks.

“Outstanding mechanic with excellent skills and a great attitude. Not only did he diagnose and repair my truck quickly and professionally, but he also took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. His work is top-notch, and his character is just as impressive—respectful, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his customers. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and kind in the industry. Highly recommended!”
